Photorealistic car replacements against live footage environments was the task.
As a lighting lead my role was to oversee the lighting and rendering of the Hummer EV across different environments, collaborate closely with the asset team to ensure material accuracy, obtain input from the CG supervisor, and guide the lighting artists in their assignments.
While VFX car commercials are frequent, each vehicle's distinct shapes, designs, and features keep them interesting.
